I was looking for information on the internet on how to start a business as a cake maker and suddenly i came upon this site http://www.cakebaker.co.uk/start-business-category.html , It had so much detailed facts and pointers that i didnt know where to begin from in extracting for my blog! and since i didnt want to be roped in for breaking a copyright law or plagerism, i felt it was safer to just paste the link in my blog for as many as needed it. I am very sure you will find a lot of information here.
If you live in Nigeria, (from where i am writing ) there are three other lovely sites i would also love to recommend. They are:-

2.http://www.mixnbakeng.com/contact.php Mix and Bake Confectionery is also based in Lagos , Nigeria. they not only make all kinds of cakes for different occassions(weddings, birthdays, anniversaries etc) ,they also hold regular trainings for people interested in how to make varous confectioneries. 3. Lastly, is www.lasage.com.ng. Lasage is a bookshop (also in Lagos, Nigeria) that sells all kinds of vocational books including cake making and decorating, cookies, bread making etc.. Their telephone number is (+2348025750655).
One of my favorite books which they still have in stock is "500 cakes and bakes" . Its their fastest selling. Please do have a look. http://www.lasage.com.ng/products .
